Refund policy
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can reach out via email to madewilddesign@gmail.com or through the contact form. A return address will be provided upon request.
If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once an item has been returned and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return, please reach out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact me immediately if there are any issues so that I can work with you and do my best to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange as I work closely with each and every customer and maintain constant contact throughout the process.
Merchandise and prints are also not eligible for returns as they are created on demand through Printful.
Sale items are final.
Exchanges
If you are interested in an exchange, please contact me at madewilddesign@gmail.com. Each piece of jewelry is handmade and one of a kind so exchanges are not always possible, but I will always do my best to be accommodating.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
